PhpAdsNew is an open-source ad server, with an integrated banner management interface and tracking system for gathering statistics.

It can manage multiple banners (any size) per advertiser, view daily, overall and summary statistics and send statistics to advertisers vie e-mail.

phpAdsNew can be used under the terms of the gnu GPL(open source and free). Free for both commercial and personal use.

Features:

• Banners and buttons: phpAdsNew can handle different types of bunners in various sizes – regular banners and buttons, pop-up, text ads, DHTML banners; also phpAdsNew is the only ad server that can handle tracking of Flash banners which aren't specially prepared.
• Targeting and capping: phpAdsNew can deliver different banners based on many different parameters or their combinations (IP address, domain, language, browser, etc). It is also possible to limit the dellivery of banners based on how often a bnner is already shown to a specific visitor and how long since the visitor last saw the banner.
• Statistics: you are able log in into the user interface and view statistics about hoe their banners are performing.
• phpAdsNew can be used on many types of servers, inckuding Apache running on Linux, BSD or MacOS X, Apache running on Windows and Microsoft IIS.
